John & Kelly Sullivan
John & Kelly joined Pacific Pools in 2001 and became the proud owners upon purchasing the company in January 2002. Through hard work and sacrifice, they have dedicated themselves to upholding the company's vision, striving to provide exceptional service and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Kelly is the face of Pacific Pools and is well known to our many customers. She is the glue that keeps us all focused on getting the job done for our customers.
John, with a background in IT and electronics, assists our team with pool automation and control systems.
Jimmy McCarley
Jimmy is our expert in rehabilitation, concrete, and construction. With a wealth of experience, he can handle virtually any pool construction or finishing task—from pool painting and deck repairs to full deck replacement, complete pool rehab, and a wide range of concrete work, including driveway, patio, and sidewalk replacement. He also specializes in tile, travertine, and other specialty finishes to enhance the beauty and durability of your pool and outdoor spaces.
For Jimmy, Pacific is a family affair. He has been training up his sons in all things concrete and other construction work since they were young boys, and has since extended that training to include pool systems and now works with them at Pacific.
Michael Oliver
Michael Oliver has been a valued member of the Pacific Pools team for eight years. As a skilled pool technician, he brings expertise and dedication to every job. Michael heads up our service operations and oversees quality control, ensuring that every pool and spa we maintain meets the highest standards. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of our team and a trusted professional for our customers.
Pool Cleaners
Perhaps the most visible members of our staff are our seasonal pool cleaners. Each year, we hire around 7–8 people (mostly college students) to help keep pools and spas in top condition. While most stay with us for 3–4 years, some remain for 5, 10, or even more—becoming an integral part of the Pacific Pools team
